We know that communication does not happen without meaningful correlation. Correlation is not possible without accompanying education. Innovation is not possible without understanding.
Too often, initiatives around transparency are implemented as additional meetings or status updates, with no true communication having taken place, with participants not entirely sure what was intended to be accomplished.
We don't believe in wasting your time or ours. We believe that every professional is capable of self-service, armed with a link and a dashboard. We believe that every employee cares, but sometimes it is hard to know why they should care about certain areas. That is precisely why those correlations matter.
We know that colored status reports and percentages may check an item off of a list, but that is not a cycle that improves or ends. It is important to understand why that checkbox was originally created. As technology evolves and new perspectives are encouraged, improvements can be made –if one knows the "why," so we provide that education.
